Little Johnny was playing in front of his house. He was playing firefighter with a wagon and his dog.

A man who was walking by hear a funny noise. when the man looked at little johnny he said what are you doing. Little Johnny replied "I'm a fireman." Then whipped the dog. The man turned and looked at the dog who was making the funny noise. He turned to the boy and asked "don't you think that the dog would go faster if you tied the rope to his neck instead of his balls?"

Little Johnny looked at him and replied " then I wouldn't have a siren."
